Sandra Silvestri, M.D., Ph.D.,

Sandra Silvestri represents Ipsen in the Board of Directors of the Company.

Sandra Silvestri, M.D., Ph.D., joined Ipsen in 2023 as Executive Vice President, Chief Medical Officer and Head of Global Medical Affairs, Patient Safety and Patient Affairs.

Prior to joining Ipsen, Ms. Silvestri held multiple leadership roles at Sanofi and Eli Lilly in multiple disease areas including diabetology, endocrinology, neuroscience, immunology, dermatology, and oncology.

Sandra Silvestri is a medical doctor specialized in endocrinology and metabolic diseases. She has been an investigator in several clinical studies, published numerous book chapters as well as scientific articles in international journals. She stays active as a professor at the medical schools of the University of Florence, Italy, and Descartes University in Paris.
